Steeling our money

So I recently discovered that a company called IKUZI was debiting my account on the 1st of each month for R70 then I blocked them, reversed the money and the fnb consultant assisting me called mercantile as they were on my statement as the bank collecting the money, they put the phone down in his face he then tried again and could not get through so I left the whole thing thinking I blocked them so they wouldn't get my money again....<br> Well the very next month a company called LINSEN took off R99 and it was also linked to mercantile bank so off I went to fnb AGAIN they reversed it and she called the bank and again they dropped the call so she called again and the agent said that they can not give any information out on the phone. Now I find this very annoying and unprofessional as mercantile is taking money from my bank acc EVERY MONTH but can't tell me why...mmmmm very fishy if this happens again I might just close my whole fnb acc and report mercantile, linsen and ikuzi for theft!
