Steeling money

This is the ****iest bank to bank with. A company in linden keeps on debiting money as a payment that I did not agreed to. 4 times I paid capitec to wscelate and retrieve my money I have send multi emails canceling whatever they think I assigned for. They have debited again and no help from capitec their only advise is pay to escelate and cancel your card but they can't garentee me to receive my money back. How is it legal to debit money from an account with out permission and it not every month it every few months so that a eprprson don't notice. So it's not a subscription it's steeling. If capitec don't reed this and don't return my money I will wscelate this my own way
