*****ing Money Again, 3rd time in 6 months!!!

Kindly explain how last month I paid R782.41 in interest on my loan with you, and this month, without skipping any payment, you have charge me R1409.87 in interest?

The interest and bank charges on this account for the month of June are R1577.19. My monthly installment is R1463.09.

Without missing any payments, I now owe more on the account than I did last month.

Kindly explain this?

I demand that you write this loan off, as Capitec are literally *****ing, or I will send a report to the SAPS.

This is the 3rd occurence in 6 months where I have been either over-debited by Capitec, or have been charged some bogus amount.

I call on the public to boycott Capitec Bank. As the Viceroy report earlier in the year has stated, this bank acts in the same manner as a loan shark, and should be shut down by law enforcement for ********** behavior, and blatant theft.
