On Capitec’s website they say that if you are unhappy they would like to hear about it and they will acknowledge it and contact you within 24 hours and give you feedback. Don’t believe a word. I started off being very impressed with Capitec and now very disillusioned. I have been underpaid interest and have been ignored after 3 e-mails, the first on 1st April.
