*****ing again

It has been a nightmare since I took out my personal loan with capitec. They constantly debit me incorrectly. I have to waste my airtime to phone in and fight atleast 3 times a day at the beginning of each month. Yesterday they decided to debit me again after already doing so on the third. Then I get told I have to wait 48 hours for it to be sorted out. 48 hours to get my money back that you took for no reason? I have always had great experiences with capitec until I took out the personal loan. Since then it has just been hell and cost me money on airtime and travelling to the branches to constantly ask them to fix their mistakes. I have no idea what is going wrong but u have had and I will post this on every social media platform until this is fixed. People need to warned of what they are getting into
