Stay far away from these *******! My daily account with Capitec that I had for around 15 years was blocked without any notice or reason 20 days ago, money still been held ransom by Capitec. Multiple branch visits were met by confused staff promising to call me back, even after returning and speaking to the branch manager, the exact same story. I have called, then emailed various departments I've been told to contact, and not one single reply in weeks. Very nice way to treat your loyal customers, more awareness regarding how Capitec treats their customers has to be made public.
