STAY AWAY FROM CAPITEC BANK! WORST BANK EVER!
Warning to all Capitec Bank customers! Beware of frozen accounts and funds held hostage! I transferred funds to my Capitec account, only to have my account immediately frozen without explanation. Despite promises of a 48-hour resolution, it's been weeks of silence and no access to my money. Shockingly poor service and zero communication. Avoid Capitec Bank at all costs unless you enjoy financial nightmares.
