Stay away from Capitec bank

I paid off the loan I had with capitec in October 2025, the account was closed they also gave me the clearance certificate. Beginning February I received a call saying I owe +R4 000 I missed 2 payments, I explained that I paid my debt up. The next day I was harassed by attorneys for the same debt, I thoughts its all ****. I blocked the attorneys for my sanity, a month later I visited the branch to my surprise indeed I owe the money which I paid in full.

I will not rest until they clear my name and I will never pay them. Infact I cant wait to sort this and close the account I had with then including my boys accounts.
