Stay away from capitec bank!!!!

This bank is a whole ****mer, it de*****s its clients. I tried withdrawing cash at one of their institutions ATMs in @Spar groteschuur. ATM kept cancelling the transaction, I thought it’s a problem with the atm and went home only to find out that the money had been taken from my acc. Mind you my app notifies of every transaction happening but it didn’t with this one. I only saw it when I logged in to the app to send a friend money. I called their customer service through the app and agent advised they were aware of the issue and it was happening to a lot of people and also that they were processing the funds back to the affected accounts. But till this day I haven’t gotten refunded
