Status hand over.not being removed
I had loan at capitec and lost my job i notified them.handed in my letter of retrenchment than i was handed over to Mdc attornies but wasent informed no one called or informed me about this hand over apon checking my credit profile it was past 5 years and i was forced to attempt pay off my deb and spoke to nbc who placed me under deb review for help i managed to get the deb precribed got clearance letter now Capitec bank stil after 6 months list me as status handed to deb collectors on their System how can this stil be legal and it impacts me were ever i go i need help to resulve this

17 Sept 2024, 09:51Please ur nice words dont mean anything to me here on social media but in private u send me treatning replies my account was cleared and paidup letter was supplies for my credit status to update now u send me from experian they said u guys are the reason i cant get loans at capitec or any rcs shop edgars pnp or akermans stores due to my account get sold to Mbd atterneys and they cleared me and account was closed u Capitec please clear my status
