Staff process and ability to assist

I app**** for a personal loan and it git approved and the ladys that was helping me was good. When go go for another personal loan they said I can't take a loan with them for more them 3 months becaue I work for a specific call center and when asked them why then the have given me a loan for 12 month of whivh at that time I would have gotten it for more then that the guy was so unhelpful sayimg that is not the process. When I asked him to check how much do I qualify for he then app**** for the loan that I didnt take and reduced my scoring and when I go to other banks they declined because of what he did.
