Staff not helpful

I went to this branch to do reverse. 1stly @ the door there is no 1 to help with the Qmatic machine. You stand there & look stupid. The are only 2 consultans working during month-end. Other staff members they go in & out not even caring about clients. Its like we don't exist there. I also don't like it when a consultant asks me why I'm making a reverse, like REALLY now? Its not the 1st time something like this happens. It is the nearest branch for me because its a walk away. Everytime I have to visit this branch I think twice.
