Staff are not well trained in business accounts
Business account applications takes months, they keep coming back week after week with another form and then another form and then another document . Very unprofessional and clearly do not understand what is needed from the start. I even think they are making up stuff, like a cover letter to explain what section of the law your management rules are under? Seriously , why try to go into an area that your staff are not properly trained for.

The person did not read all the correspondence, just called to asked what the concerns are. I had to repeat all the issues of the last months. He said he was not experienced in the application for a BC and said he will get someone else to call me.
