Sta travel payment that Capitec does not want to pay back

What a joke of a company , so I bank with you and you have access to my account, statement and history. We are in a pandemic and there’s nothing I can do if companies close down due to it.

Help me understand? Where am I to get money for a lawyer to collect Money from Sta travel when you see the transactions that were made ? Media articles and reports show that we must go to our banks to get the funds yet the bank I bank with can not help me ? Can to explain how that works please cause I am not getting it ?? I literally sat with a person in store and looked at my statement then am told to pay 80rand for my money ? What a joke ???
