Ss medic unauthorised debit order

I'm extremely disappointed with Capitec. There's been an unauthorized debit order on my account from a company called ss medic. I have never authorised anything with these people but they deduct an amount of R225 and when i went to Capitec they refused to stop the debit order. This is frustrating because if my bank can't help me then where am i supposed to get help.
