SS-LEGCOV ********** debit

I am very disappointed in Capitec in not being able to protect it's customers!

I have had a debit order from a ss-legcov which I never took since March. When I went to Capitec they told me they can't cancel it for me and gave me a number to call. Having cancelled the cover last month after being debited 4 months I wake up today and the money has been taken again.

I am very angry that even though I've taken steps to cancel this cover it was still debited. A cover I did not even take!!!!! I am not suspecting that Capitec just might be working with these people to take our money!
