SS Legcov debit order

I have a debit order i did not authorize, i cannot dispute or stop it. Its a company called SS Legcov, im so disappointed with capitec coz they say theres nothing they can do about it. Now this debit order ia gonna take my money every month, im gonna change banks coz this cant be.
