SS-LEGCOV (Capitec Not Helping A Pensioner)

Can you please assist with canceling this debit order for me because I went into the branch to stop it and they are still debiting me. I was fooled into signing these documents and did not fully understand that they would be debiting my account monthly. I am a pensioner and this is my only source of income so I cannot afford to pay R230+ monthly for legal cover that I probably will never use. Please can someone expedite this debit order cancelation request as I no longer know who to contact. I need every cent in my bank account and cannot afford to have this monthly debit order running and this was explained to the capitec consultant upon my last branch visit.

This is theft and *******, and I can only imagine how many other people were also conned into signing up for this legal cover. Please get this sorted asap, as I need this money available to me in oder to cater for my daily needs.
