Ss legal debit order

I have a problem with Capitec. There is this ss legal which is a debit it keep taking money on my account. I have tried to dispute it on my Capitec app it does not succeed and visited number on branches looking for help but I've been told that I can't stop this debit order which makes me feel unsafe as a Capitec client.any help
