Ss legal cover.

I have a debit order that's take 195 every month it called ss legal cover I tried to stop it using my banking app the 1st month but I couldn't, the 3rd month I went to the bank but they said they can't help me with this issue I'm not the only one who have this problem. I feel so disappointed with capitec cos I have using capitec for a long time now. I wish this issue will be resolved soon
