SS legal and capitec *****ing people out of their money: so dissapointed

Firstly I never understand a bank that allows debit orders on your account and you can't even reverse or stop it, I have never been so dissapointed with a bank in my life until today, what is this SS legal *****ing peoples money, capitec is an instution that provides a service to keep our money safe, which in this instance I feel ******, I have been to your offices to complain about this, and this month 2 debit orders from this SS legal which now makes me think that CAPITEC is somewhat involved in this ***** because your branch people easily say "there is nothing we can do, try doing it online" SS legal does not even exist and reading other posts shows that capitec is failing its customers coz they seem not to do anything regarding this, I have somewhat influence and I have referred people to u, which I will now tell to cancel their accounts with you because of this, I have been a customer of yours forever and now this, even if this is resolved I will be canceling my account and my whole family who I referred to you guys will be doing the same thing, sort this ASAP because if I go to the branch I will cause drama
