Speculative and false allegations
I buy and sell online,on the 4th of November one of your customers reported the EFT that he made to me as *****(Without any proof or Saps case nr) this resulted in FNB placing a hold on my account.Ironically the parcel that i couriered to him was at that stage ready for his collection at Postnet White river in exactly the same centre as your branch.Is this Capitec's standard of business to make allegations without any proof or case nrs ? I am seriously inconvenienced by this and demand that this be resolved before COB today.
