Once again after a fight with this *********** bank through the whole of December I am getting calls from your collections department again telling me they debited me early and forr what?????? What is the point in signing a damn mandate when it is continuously getting violated????? What **** is this???? Do you guys just enjoy messing with people's credit scores? And the nerve of your collectiona agent to tell me not to get upset really????? I WANT THIS SORTED ASAP AND I WANT TO VW COMPENSATED FOR ALL THIS BULL**** AND INCONVENIENCE!!!!!! I DONT CARE HOW! This is the most *********** and unprofessional bank I've ever come across it's ridiculous!
