Sorry to this Bank

I have been happy with this bank since 2016 when I opened an account but recently found myself wanting. I noticed that my figures were not making sense and have started studying mybank statements, I was shocked that I had withdrawals of R90 at least twice a day and for the month of November these totalled R900. What perplexed me is that some of these transactions happened at times where I was no where near the south but all the way in Paulshof etc.?

I called the help centre and was told to cancel card and lower my notification amount, which I promptly did. A few days later, I was called by the ***** department by a lady called Andiswa (she refused to give me her surname) and after their desktop investigation I was told the following:

- There's no way their card could ever be cloned (bull, cards are created in the banks in less than 5 mins, even the big 4 banks admit that ******** are always 2 steps ahead) - Someone I know had my card. How when the card is ALWAYS with me. - Go and open a case with SAPS and I must then prove that someone else was using my card.

Whilst I understand that the bank is in business, I am dissapointed at how this was handled, to me it felt as if I am trying to **** the bank out of money.

I have been happy until now and am currently shopping for a new banking home.
