Something is very wrong

I just phoned to find out what my balance on my account is, when i was informed that my account has been handed over, but i am on debt review for 2 years now<br> I have emailed u Yesterday regarding a statement but no one replies<br> I want a statement showing the last 2 years<br> <br> See attached schedule for payments made on this account, please do sent me a urgent statement showing payment from 2 years back so i can find out from them why u are handing me over because this can not be. Because on there statement it shows that u are being paid monthly<br> <br> Em Maree
