Such a ****'n useless bank and its complaints team and so fed up with your bull**** and it's starting to get on my last nerve right now, one of your "complaints handlers" called me today to tell some bull**** and was very ***********, about a case that was raised earlier on this month I was called and asked to forward any sort of documentation I have as proof of this and I did that only to be called today wasting my ****ing time being they have no documentation on this if you'll don't want to reverse this money just tell me and stop calling me for stupid this. Teach your staff what is customer service and they should approach your clients, such hideous customer service on top of the ****ty service I have been receiving I wonder why people still trust this stupid bank with their money. You should just close business you are all useless ****mers you can not tell me you have not been able to resolve this for so long a case was lodged at the branch with a consultant but you are still calling for ****ty reasons.
