so disappointed on tha service of capitec 77

I'm not happy with what capitec did I sent people money but those people can't widraw that money because capitec phoned there bank to put the money on hold bcz they suspect ***** and the worst thing is capitec did not contact me as thr client but they a brave enough to call fnb and African Bank now those people think im the1 who told capitec to phone there bank capitec has poor service you can't say u suspect **** when I send my sister 600rand not even 1000 how is that
