Small lottery winnings are not being paid.

After writing a review previously, i am writing again to say that Capitec is not paying out lottery winnings even if they are as small as R5 or R10. The fact is that we purchase our tickets on the app and they charge a R2 fee. But when there is small winnings , it does not come into the account. I was playing lotto on the Nedbank app and they wete very timely with the payments. CAPITEC...I DO NOT NEED YOU TO CALL ME. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR REMOVE THE PLAY LOTTO FEATURE FROM THE APP.

JUST NOT ACCETABLE.
