Small loan amount declined

Capitec started off as a awsome bank! I took out a rather large loan (in my eyes its large) and its almost paid off! The loan is a 2 year term and almost at a end - i am not a big spender and only apply for loans when in serious need! Now more than a year later i apply for a small loan of R5000 and my bank says no sorry! R5000? such as small amount and i get declined my loan of R37 000 is almost paid off and i get a no sorry. You guys lend money to people that cannot afford to pay it off - i can actually afford to make the premiums with ease each month - and you decline me?

And was told when i can get a loan for up to R90 000 on my profile - so dont go to capitec with hopes.

I get smses and email saying i can increase my credit limit can loan up to R90 000 and i go in for a silly R5000 as i dont have the cash to fix my car and this is what i get. then when i go in a get declined for a small amount.

So please capitec if you read this i dont want a sms or email from you EVER again regarding credit as its a absolute lie.
