Small amounts going missing

I know that this will sound a little trivial, this is however something that i need to bring up. For sometime i have noticed that my bank balance going down by rand every day and i never said anything about it but then i remembered a few years back the same thing happend to my husband and the cost amounted to a few hundred rand hence he closed his account and moved to a different bank. Just imagine if capited. Does this to other customers how much money the are making. I know that R1 seems like a little money but during these trying times every cent counts. So i would please like an explanation for this because in book this is *****ing because i am charged my normal monthly fee and i pay for every transaction so why take more.
