Slow service
I am currently living abroad and using my capitec bank account as a savings account to deposit/park money over the short term to pay to South Africans or airplane tickets etc.

I found on the 16 July that internet account has been suspended for no apparent reason, and not living in South Africa, a very key use for me is online banking. So I sent an email to customer complaints at Capitec, where I was first assisted by Nicole Juries, who informed me that one way to resolve this issue is through a skype call with these requirements that I consented to: passport, Capitec Card, Newspaper and card transaction done.

I tried numerous times to setup this appointment which was mostly ignored/forgotten/no confirmed by capitec, due to replying only days later. Suddenly Ayanda Nelanie started dealing with me from Capitec's side, and I finally got a skype call on 21 Jul 2015 - 14h00 (SA Time), after which I was promised for this issue to be resolved, and I will receive a authorisation letter to sign so that the transaction could take place and my capitec online banking service be restored.

I am still struggling to hear any form of feedback or comment to get this resolved, after 6 emails.
