Honestly what is the point of even reporting ********** activities if it's going to take you 10 years to investigate, probably by the time you eventually do that there will be no money in that account. If I tell you I sent someone money and they did not keep to their end of the deal and I want the money to be reversed, why does it take you forever to do that??!!!
