Sloppy Service

Very poor, sloppy service. You initially set good expectations by processing credit applications in less than half a day, but now it's been almost a week with no feedback, even after I followed up. I’m starting to take back the praises I shared with a few people about the good service I once received, because clearly things have changed for the worse. Remember, some of us bank with you for the convenience and not desperation.
