Why is capitec bank the exception to the rule, according to my knowledge its ******* for any bank or credit provider to apply an Set off on an account. Without any contact made with me to make arrangements on an overdraft savings plan from 2years ago they decided to take money from my savings account. So no attemp was made to contact me in the 2years to make any sort off arrangements, apparently no reversals can be done because the bank says so. I want my money back i don't care if it's R200 or R200 000 you had no right. I will be taking further action that i can promise you
