Sizwe from Capitec branch in D/K Square

Hi I went to Capitec Bank this afternoon 11/06/2025 around 16:45 to find out about my personal Bank account I met up with a crew of employees at the door I don't know they're about to knock off I was approached by a guy name tack Sizwe who was so rude, not only to me but a client who was before me.

He asked me how can they're help me i told him I need to check wants happening on my account they're are small amounts of money that is taken out on my account, guess what he made me to open my bank app on my phone at the door and he started explaining about my account in front of everyone at the door he started by asking me about my phone screen which have a cracked how can I see that money is taken from my account with a phone like this and we both can see the screen.

Because I could see that attention was on us and speaking to me in a rude way I end up suggesting that can we maybe go inside a bit and discuss this we went inside he told me you can sit down here I look at him I sitted with shock asking myself why is he talk to me this way or i came in at the wrong time but I set down I asked him to also sit so we can discuss my issue but he told me not he will stand while I'm sitted holding my phone he was standing pointing on my phone app showing things I don't understand in a very Rude way I end up saying to him my brother you don't have to talk to me that way he became defensive and raised his voice I said mfowethu thank you for your help I walked out Sizwe from Capitec branch in D/k Square you don't have customers care and ethics I will close my account from Capitec because of your poor service you gave to me thank you so much for nothing. You are so Rude boss I don't want to lie.
