Sinister Business dealings at Capitec Bank, somebody help. Please.

Capitec is slowly but surely turning into a death sentence for a bank. They debited my acoount towards payment of my loan and then three days later I received a text stating that due to none payment of the loan my insurance was not paid. I called and eventually ended at their legal when Wesley told me the account is handed over and it's due to non payment. I have never missed a single payment on this account. Then Wesley checked and confirmed that himself. This bank is just busy trying to make a mess of and frustrate the lives of it's customers. They pride themselves as though and so pose as a financial messiah yet this is the horrific service we receive from this business. Hence I will state there must be something sinister happening at Capitec Bank, moreso when I checked some of the reviews here on hellopeter. I need answers and I need them ASAP, please.
