Sindisiwe Khumalo of KwaMnyandu 309 branch, you are a star & a blessing to Capitec bank

On the 29th April, I visited KwaMnyandu 309 branch and was greatly impressed by Sindisiwe Khumalo's excellent service. She assisted me with change of address, so I could print out my statement with the correct address. She then went an extra mile and provided me with SASSA forms which I new nothing about & yet they should have given it to me so it's stamped by the bank. She was just friendly and very professional.

Sindisiwe Khumalo, you a real star and Capitec is lucky to have you as their employee. Keep up the excellent work & stay blessed. I must say, it's such individuals that deserve Customer Service Manager position. The world need people like you dear.
