Since i swapped banks from SA Post Bank to Capitec, Capitec have been promising to help!

Since i swapped banks from SA Post Bank to Capitec, Capitec have been promising to help! They promised that when i open an account with Capitec that they would do the transfer from Post Bank to my Capitec account of all my outstanding funds. Why do people lie? Post Bank is the most useless bank when ever i need there help they dont even bother, they are always offline, they know there is funds in my account that i want taken out and removed. I just cannot handle this anymore. ONE i dont have my post bank card anymore and TWO my new bank is Capitec. I dont get a lunch break.
