Simplicity to be ****med
Capitec has not checked with me before allowing a company to make a debit order from my account. What makes me angry is that I never signed anything with this particular company! It's called NP Legal 1. It came with a guise of marketing itself via a salesman but little did I know that the guy I was talking to took my details so that this company would de***** me via Capitec. The least Capitec could have done was check with me first before allowing this debit order. Honestly if I didn't have a fixed saving with Capitec (due in December 2022) I would have taken all my money out and closed my account with this bank! This is a review on my mother's HelloPeter account because mine is inactive at the moment and I couldn't wait for the activation. My name is Buang Faith Monaledi.
She helped me understand some things that I didn't.
I am relieved and I now see a way forward. I also see where I went wrong and how to resolve it from then.
