Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication????

On the 4th of January 2016, I made an ATM deposit transfer to a Capetic recipient, once the machine accepted the funds it suddenly went out of service without giving confirmation of payment in terms of a slip (the recipient had not received any payment), I then immediately contacted the call center and was given a reference no. ***0, I was told the matter would be dealt with within 24-48 hours. It is now the 7th 3 days later and still nothing. This payment happens to be rent in a new place I have currently moved into, this has been a great inconvenience, I'm currently sleeping at a friends place as the landlord has locked me out my place! It's only a matter of time that I get evicted! I fail to understand why a bank would take so long in assisting swiftly with such a matter as I have been calling 3 times a day since the incident.
