I'm all smiles today with Capitec's call centre agent who helped to resolve my mom's problem. after days of up and down with the branch, the call centre agent came to our help.<br> <br> Capitec did not take long to respond to my complain after pasting it here on Hallo Peter and believe me they handled the matter effectively and delivered on their promise. for a moment I was scared and felt I should cancel my account with them, but with this kind of assistant I still believe they do care for their customers.<br> <br> Thank you Capitec.
