Simplicity is King!

I had a great experience at the Cradlestone branch. The consultant, Christian, had a great attitude, and it was a pleasure signing up with Capitec.

The process is simple, easy to understand and takes care of everything right there in the branch. Once done, you walk out of the bank with everything sorted. Your mobile app is good to go, your online banking is up, and your debit orders are in the process of being moved.

Simplicity is the reason why I moved away from FNB. They have completely lost the plot by getting lost in offering clients millions of ad-hoc services and forgetting to do the basics right. That and their support is horrible.

I'm very much looking forward to my relationship with Capitec.
