Simplicity DEAD
One of the reasons why I switched to Capitec bank was their aggression and the Slogan at the time. Simplicity, and that was what I experienced when I made the switch.
Saturday 24 December, I went to Lyttelton branch wanting a simple way of switching my debit order dates as my pay date will be changing in the new year. I was disappointed to learn that I have to make all those calls myself. How Simple?
