Silly Bank and workers

Up till Today the money is not In as yet, my husband was told that he must stop his Card he did as told , they promised they will pay the money back but till today nothing. How poor Capitec Service is, where is exactly their management team?? Aren't they the one supposed to attend such matters. From the 14th of November till today they failing to reverse the money back. Their communication skills is very poor. They doing nothing about it, keep on promising they will pay it back but nothing. People have been complaining about this silly bank, now we see how useless it is. My Contact ***
