Sihle Fundam is the most useless customer consultant I have dealt with

I have logged now in many places my query. Sihle Fundam gives no service and does not respond back.

I want my account closed IMMEDIATELY and I do NOT want to deal with Sihle Fundam any further. I want a Manager to handle my query with a matter of urgency!

I am based in the UK and cannot just jump in my car to get to a branch to get this sorted
