Signature forge on document

FW: Incident# ********** 5 CM

Capitec bank gave me a loan and the terms and conditions was not well explained , as proof on the contract where my the consultant ant forge my signature, the bank ignores my complaint and still awaiting for feedback from 2 October , how can this contract be valid if the consultant signed on behalf of me.

Please note that the signatures you indicated on the below email are that of your Credit Card agreement and not of the Loan agreements that you are disputing. Our Forensics department will however, continue to investigate the allegations regarding the Service Consultant signing the agreement as the discrepancies you indicated are in your Credit Card Agreement and not the Loan Agreements.
