Hi there.

Last week Thursday I did a payment to my friend incorrect bank details. This is a account owned by him but not one he has access to still.

Immediately after noticing the error I filed a dispute within hours. I was told that I would be contacted in a few days.

Now its over a week later, I try check on the case and can no longer get the reference number. No one has reached out to me and given me feedback?

I have tried contacting on whatsapp with no success.

I cant even get the reference number at all.

While I understand I made the error, to not even respond is disgusting and considering the time frame I suspect my money will not be returned Please reach out privately so I can give you more details and get this resolved.
