Sickening request

''They say they need authentication, and I'm not going to email a photo of myself holding anything. They should have closed the profiles when the account was closed, and they're not doing it.'' This is what a Capitec consultant requested from my wife to open a business account, for her to send a picture of herself holding the card, this is totally unprofessional asking for a photo of my wife from the front and back, borderline harassment for just opening a business account. This request is sickening to say the least
