SH*T BANK

I am highly ****ed with the service you guys offer us as customers. The amount of incompetence of this bank is amazing. Capitec is like a ****a shop if it operates like this. I transfered 3 K to someone by mistake and when i go to the bank they telling me that i must call the person who i made the transfer to because they cannot transfer it back and the person has not used it. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE BANK?? If they can see the trail but cannot reverse the money back. THIS IS ****** UP.
