Shoddy service

In 21 October,i approached the Constantia Village branch of Capitec to make a cash deposit. I was then referred to the ATM. Not being accustomed to this, i followed the steps as indicated on the screen and when it said, place your cash in the slot, i dropped the pile of cash, R23,500 to be exact, in the slot box all at once, unbeknown to me, that it needed to be fed through in smaller piles and needed to be straightened and not folded. The slot closed and i could hear the machine counting notes but then suddenly the message on the screen said 'this transaction has been cancelled'🙄🙄🙄🙄. I then tried to alert a consultant inside but they appeared busy and then went back to stand at the machine to see what was happening. While there, a consultant who was coming from his break, then came towards me to offer assistance. I explained what had happened and he then suggested we go inside. He then made a phonecall, to I assume, the helpdesk,explained the situation, to which the response was that I should wait 24hrs for them to check. My gut told me to immediately get a police affidavit which i got on Thursday 22 October. Today is 31st October, the matter is still 'pending' as they claim, they can only find R13,000 which they released to me on Thurs 28th........how long does it take for such matters to be resolved? I've been back & forth numerous times, behaved like a hooligan, gotten very bad attitude from the branch manager, Nomphalelo, I've had numerous phone calls from the other branch based at Blue Route Mall telling me that the matter is under investigation. In the meantime, my blood pressure is through the roof, but my business is being delayed due to their ineptness. Im ****** mad & furious
